Preview Status

KellyO is an early product preview for advisor-led quarterly tax planning. It is not tax filing software, legal advice, tax advice, or a substitute for professional review.

Permitted Use

You may use the public site and any granted trial workspace to review KellyO's planning workflow, test calculator behavior, and discuss whether the product fits an advisor-led planning process.

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse another person's account, upload malicious files, reverse engineer protected features, or rely on preview calculations as final tax advice.

Accounts And Trials

Trial access may require Google OAuth or another approved sign-in method. KellyO may grant, decline, expire, suspend, or extend trial access at the owner's discretion.

Calculations And Review

Calculators are planning estimates based on workbook-derived and manually entered assumptions. Outputs can be incomplete, simplified, or under review. A qualified professional must review assumptions, formulas, caveats, and client-ready wording before anyone relies on a result.

User Content

If you enter scenario data, notes, or files, you are responsible for having the right to provide that information and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive data in the preview.

Third-Party Services

Google OAuth and Cloudflare infrastructure support the preview. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

No Warranty

The preview is provided as-is for review and testing. KellyO does not promise uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a specific tax, legal, financial, or compliance purpose.

Updates

These terms may change as KellyO moves from preview to a broader product. This baseline text should be reviewed by the organization and qualified counsel before final launch or paid access.
