Data Deletion Instructions
Effective June 10, 2026
Current Storage Status
KellyO currently has public pages, protected login/trial flows, a D1 database for structured account and scenario data, and an R2 bucket for scenario files when uploads are used. The app does not currently process payments.
What Can Be Deleted
You can request deletion of KellyO-held trial records, account access records, scenario/client labels, calculator inputs and outputs, reviewer notes, uploaded scenario files, and other workspace data tied to your email address or organization.
How To Request Deletion
Send a deletion request to the KellyO owner or the advisor who invited you to the preview. Include the email address used for sign-in, your name or organization, whether the request covers trial/account data, scenario workspace data, uploaded files, or all KellyO-held data, and any details needed to identify the workspace.
What Happens Next
The owner will review the request, confirm the data that can be removed, and delete or anonymize eligible records from KellyO systems. Some audit, security, or legal records may be retained when required for legitimate operational reasons.
Third-Party Provider Data
If you signed in with Google or another provider, KellyO can delete KellyO-held records connected to that sign-in. Provider-controlled data must be managed through that provider's own account and privacy tools.
Future Updates
If KellyO later adds a formal self-serve deletion workflow, platform callback, payment processing, analytics, or broader account management, these instructions should be replaced with the production process.
