KellyO

Privacy Policy

Effective June 10, 2026

KellyO is an early planning-workspace preview for advisor-led tax planning conversations. The product is not tax filing software and its calculations require professional review.

Information KellyO Collects

Public visitors can browse the site and use the simplified calculator without creating an account. If you request trial access or sign in, KellyO may process your name, email address, provider identity details from Google OAuth, account status, role/tier information, trial dates, and workspace activity needed to provide access.

In the protected workspace, KellyO stores planning scenario data such as client labels, scenario names, calculator inputs and outputs, reviewer notes, approval status, glossary edits, and uploaded scenario files.

How The Information Is Used

KellyO uses this information to verify access, open trial workspaces, save scenarios, support reviewer workflows, maintain calculator and glossary governance, and help the owner administer the preview.

Storage And Services

Structured account, trial, scenario, review, and glossary data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Scenario files may be stored in Cloudflare R2 when uploaded through the protected workspace. Google OAuth is used for identity verification and is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

KellyO does not currently process payments in the app. If payment, analytics, or additional platform integrations are added later, this policy should be reviewed and updated before broader launch.

Data Retention

Preview and trial records are kept while the preview is active, while access is being reviewed, or while the owner needs them for support, security, audit, or product-development purposes.

Your Choices

You can request correction or deletion of KellyO-held data by using the instructions on the Data Deletion page. Provider-controlled data, such as Google account data, must also be managed through that provider's privacy tools.

Review Before Launch

This policy is operational baseline text for the preview and should be reviewed by the organization and qualified counsel before final public launch, payments, or broader customer onboarding.
